As an avid rock climber, I entered the 28 day challenge fairly fit and strong. My goals for the four weeks were to get a handle on a diet heavily laden with sugar and dairy, and to strengthen my core to be a better climber. With Jen's gentle yet firm support, I was able to get rid of cookies and cheese, focusing on feeling nourished, rather than deprived. I was also free of chronic back and neck pain for the first time in years! To top it all off, I'm eight pounds lighter (lost five in the initial 28 days, and three more since) and flying up the walls. Thank you, prime, for retraining my body, mind, and soul!

2012 - Jen DeVilliers and The Prime Method have been transformational for my life and health.The workouts are efficient and powerful and the nutrition plan is very well thought out. I have always worked out and eaten a healthy diet, but I have never experienced these amazing results. I participated in The Prime Method 2013 May Challenge not just for me, but for my whole family. When you are a parent, you no longer have the luxury of thinking only of yourself. I wanted to show my kids a good example of healthy eating and exercise. Making those things a habit early on will hopefully allow them to avoid some of the difficulties I have had over the years. My May Challenge successes include the loss of seven pounds and at least one inch from arms, waist, hips, thighs and calves. More importantly, though, my mindset has changed. And, that is what needed to happen for me to make long-term, sustainable changes. Thanks, Prime Method!

2009 - JD helped me achieve my goals. Her professional knowledge and care guided me to get results. I lost 10 pounds after learning in the right foods to eat. She is a good listener and is always available for my questions. She customized an exercise program that help me build my strength and tone. Her advice was not a fad diet but one based on solid nutrition principles. Today I continue to eat a healthy and balanced way. Words can’t possibly do justice to the journey I have been on but I will attempt to describe one of the most amazing, life changing experiences I have had.
 
I have spent the majority of my life dieting unsuccessfully. I thought I had tried everything. I juiced for 60 days, I was a vegan for a year, I attempted Weight Watchers, personal trainers and pretty much everything and anything else you can think of.
 
I walked into Prime five months ago and it has completely changed my life. I have lived the Prime Method religiously for those five months and now I don’t know how I ever lived without it.
The first time I sat down with Jen, I could feel how passionate she was about the Prime Method. She not only believed whole heartedly in the Prime Method but she also believed and cared about me and my success. I wanted to succeed not only for me but also because she said I could do it and I believed her. I quickly learned that just showing up for a class wasn’t what it was all about, it truly is a lifestyle. We spent time working on my poor sleeping habits, the variety of foods I was eating, my water intake, moods, not just the exercise. 
 
I have lost 45lbs. since that day I first sat down with Jen five months ago and it feels like nothing short of a miracle. I haven’t just lost weight but my body is completely transforming. I feel more rested, more flexible, and stronger than I ever have been. People ask me all of the time how I did it and what it is that we do and I can never find the words to describe it. I usually end up jumping down on the floor to show them because I am now passionate about the Prime Method and I want the whole world to know what is happening with Jen and Jolie behind those Prime Method doors. I always say that I will forever be a Prime girl. I feel privileged to have Jen as my coach and be one of the first groups in the 28 day challenge.
 
I am walking, living proof that the program Jen and Jolie have put together does work. I will continue to spread the word and be the best example I can be of the Prime Method because it has changed my life and I will eternally grateful to Jen and Jolie and the new family they have created for me there.

Thanks Jen for providing the framework and inspiration to let this 'other' me, I had almost forgotten about surface again! Group exercise has never been my thing but Prime's classes are fun, challenging and attract an amazingly nice bunch of people. Astonishing how kettlebells, clubbells, rings and simply just your own body gets you working! And when the going gets tough Jen even manage to get a smile on your face! Adding the 28-day challenge with its nutritional guidance, support and constant gentle pressure has brought it all to yet another level. Quite a few pounds and inches less later, Prime is the best thing I decided to be part of in years!

2009- When I turned 30, my mom gave to me as a gift three personal training sessions with Jennifer Devilliers. I now have been training with her for one year and four months. She taught me everything I know; hot to properly and safely train with weights, how to push myself to meet my personal goals, respect my body, helped me with changing my eating habits for the better, and just recently trained me to finish my 1st half marathon. I've never felt better about my body. I feel strong and healthy and it’s because of Jen! I've gone from a size 12 to a size 2!
 
2013 - 28 day challenge: completed!! When I moved to the east bay I really was hesitant about my workout plan. I wasn't sure if I was going to be motivated enough to workout on my own....I can't thank Jennifer DeVilliers and Jolie Kobrinsky enough for creating the Prime Method and having an awesome website. I am able to stay fit, work out, keep track, and feel like I'm right there in Monterey being trained by the best :)) I'm never bored, I feel challenged, and I absolutely love that I can work out ANYWHERE, anytime, in my own personal space and never have to set foot in a conventional gym again. Looking forward to my next 28 day challenge!!
